Step by step

From your phone
On a phone you can use the rear camera straight from the browser; nothing to install. If the QR code is tiny or has glare, take a well-lit photo and upload it.
With the PDF
If you received the DODA by email or WhatsApp, upload the PDF. Besides the QR code, the printed text is read too, so the body of the DODA is compared against the QR code and against SAT.
What each result means
- No discrepancies: the QR code, the text and SAT agree on the fields checked.
- Warning: a minor difference or a value worth confirming.
- Critical: a key value does not match (for example, the integration number); review it with your customs broker before moving the truck.
- No response from SAT: the public lookup did not answer; try again in a few minutes.
